Principle of Laser Ranging
Abstract: Since the invention of laser, its amplitude, phase, frequency, polarization direction and propagation direction have achieved high degree of accuracy. This had created new possibilities for applications such as precise ranging. By analyzing the principles and methods of laser ranging, further understanding of laser characteristics and laser’s application in ranging could be achieved.
